LIMITED WARRANTY

ON HELVEX ELECTRONIC FAUCETS, ELECTRONIC SEATS,

VALVES, AND CONTROLS

HELVEX electronic faucets, flush valves, and controls are warranted for five (5) years from the

date of initial purchase. HELVEX electronic seats are warranted for two (2) years from the date

of initial purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation of the products.

Subject to the terms of this limited warranty, HELVEX warrants that its products are free of

defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies only to HELVEX products

purchased and installed in the United States of America and Canada. Exception: for products

purchased and installed outside the above countries, this warranty is for two (2) years from the

date of initial purchase.

HELVEX, at its election, will repair or replace, during the applicable warranty period, any part

of the product that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation,

use, and service. Repair or replacement will be determined solely by HELVEX after an

inspection has confirmed that the products are defective in materials or workmanship.

The parts that suffer from natural wear on the product are warranted for residential use for five

(5) years, and for commercial use for three (3) years

This warranty is void if the products have been moved from their initial place of installation; if

they were subject to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, or other damage; if they

were not installed in accordance with HELVEX’s instructions; or if it they were modified in a

manner inconsistent with the products as shipped by HELVEX. Additionally, improper care

and cleaning will also void this warranty. Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers,

ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, and solvents not recommended for HELVEX finishes.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete

description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was

purchased, and from whom the product was purchased. Proof of purchase (original sales

Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for an intended purpose,

are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an

implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. HELVEX is not responsible for

any incidental or consequential damages attributed to a product defect or to the repair or

replacement of a defective product, all of which are expressly excluded from this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so

this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific

legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Notice to residents of

the State of New Jersey: The provisions of this warranty, including its limitations, are intended

to apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

LIMITED WARRANTY

ON HELVEX PLUMBING PRODUCTS

HELVEX plumbing products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. This

warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation of the products. Subject

to the terms of this limited warranty, HELVEX warrants that its plumbing products are free of

defects in material and workmanship. Exception: the service life of any disposable filter

replacement cartridges varies and depends on individual use, local conditions, and consumption.

Disposable filter replacement cartridges are not warranted other than to be free of defects in

material and workmanship at the time of purchase. This warranty applies only to HELVEX

plumbing products purchased and installed in the United States of America and Canada.

HELVEX, at its election, will repair or replace, during the applicable warranty period, any part that

proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service.

LIMITED WARRANTY

ON HELVEX VITREOUS CHINA AND SEATS

HELVEX Vitreous China and seats as described below (the “products”) are warranted from the

date of initial purchase. The warranty period varies according to the following chart:

LIMITED WARRANTY

ON HELVEX FAUCETS AND FINISHES

HELVEX warrants its faucets, to be leak and drip free during normal residential usage for as

long as the original consumer owns their home. If the faucet should leak or drip during normal

usage, HELVEX will, free of charge, mail the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in working

condition.

HELVEX offers a warranty of ten (10) years for products with a Polished Chrome finish from

the date of initial purchase. Additionally, for products with PVD finishes, there is a warranty of

ten (10) years from the date of initial purchase. These warranties are valid for the original

purchaser who owns the initial place of installation unless the warranty is voided as per the

terms outlined below.

Exception: for products purchased and installed in public spaces or intended for commercial,

industrial, or institutional use, as well as those in leased or rented residential units, including

single or multi-family residences such as duplexes, townhomes, condominiums, and

apartments, the warranty duration is as follows: ten (10) years for Polished Chrome finishes

and ten (10) years for PVD finishes from the date of the initial purchase.

For HELVEX painted or powder-coated products the warranty is for two (2) year from the date

of initial purchase.

This warranty does not include products with specialty or exclusive finishes. This warranty

applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation of all the products mentioned

above. Subject to the terms of this limited warranty, HELVEX warrants that its products are free

of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is applicable only to HELVEX products

that have been purchased and installed within the United States of America and Canada.
